We'll be sad to see you go! You cancel any time on our site (on mobile or desktop, but not yet in our app) by logging into your account online and clicking Your Name > Your Plan > Account Settings > Manage Subscriptions > Pause. Requesting to pause your subscription indefinitely will fully cancel it, so you won't be billed for any future orders unless you reactivate manually in the future. Any already-processed orders will still ship, so if you see it in your Order History it will come to your door. Once you pause the subscription, you can confirm its status by visiting the Upcoming Orders page. And don't worry – since we make canceling anytime so easy, there's no need to email us.
NOTE: You may have noticed that we are currently offering a temporary subscription of bottles! Any changes you make to the status of your temporary bottle subscription will also affect your vitamin subscription!
